We focus on three main areas for the youth, collegiate, and professional top prospects from the ages of rising 7th grade to the professional level:

BEST OF EVENTS

  • Accepted Player events will include Games, Camps, Combines & Evaluations. These events will showcase the best players in the country. Our high standards for our Academy will ensure that only the best US Pro, College and club players are accepted into our camps, combines and games.

    • The Best Of Games will be invite-only and offered to the most highly rated Accepted Player prospects. These games will take place at the Best Of Cup events, as well as other regional tournaments. 

    • The Best Of Camps will heavily be attended by professional scouts and college coaches. They will be coordinated mainly in July, August, December & January. Every player will get the full allotment of testing for our Level 1 rankings. Additionally, they will include three 11 v 11 games, workshops, seminars, and consultation. All campers will receive a detail-oriented evaluation on recommendations for areas of improvement as well as what professional, collegiate or club level we feel players should be focusing.

    • The Best Of Combines will include player testing, one 11 v. 11 game and a seminar from our professional and collegiate consortium of scouts and coaches. The combines will evaluate and test players for our Level 1 player data rankings criteria.

    • Best Of Players Academy Evaluation is for accepted players who cannot our events or have attended an event but would like to be evaluated with their club team to strengthen our understanding of the player. All evaluations are live or based on filmed games throughout the year (usually 3-5 games).

      • This evaluation will include a pre and post conference call with your family to get to know more about your situation and set the expectations and standards set forth by our academy. All players will receive a detailed evaluation at the end of the process including what collegiate level our staff thinks you are trending towards. Players will be entered into our Level 2 ranking system if they have only received an evaluation and have not attended our Camp or Combine events. Players will be entered into our Level 2 Best Of Accepted Player ranking system.

  • Developmental Player events will include Regional ID Events & Evaluations.

    • The Best Of Regional ID Events are for players who have not applied for the Best Of Players Academy or have applied and were placed on the Developmental Player list. Developmental players can only be for rising 7th to 10 graders.

      • These events will be a valuable resource for our staff to make live decisions on DP players. These events are open to any-and-all registrants, and we will hire college, club and high school coaches from across the country to assist in our effort to help players figure out a plan to get to the next level. Everyone has a next level!

    • The Best Of Player Evaluation for developmental players is an opportunity for our staff to see players live or exclusively on film throughout the year (usually 3-5 games).

      • This evaluation will include a pre and post conference call with your family to get to know more about your situation and set the expectations and standards set forth by our academy. All players will receive a detailed evaluation at the end of the process including what collegiate or club level our staff thinks you are trending towards. Players will be entered into our Level 2 UA Developmental Player ranking system.

      • The Best Of Evaluation for developmental players is a determining factor for potential admission into the Best Of Players Academy.

SERVICES

  • Best Of Players Academy - Accepted Players & Developmental Players services will include evaluations, consultations, workshops, and seminars. We have a passion for assisting players with creating a plan for daily training, recruiting calendar to-do/not-to-do and daily mindset approach. Our staff of club neutral former professional scouts and college coaches can provide invaluable insight to our top prospects as they navigate the landscape of youth, collegiate and professional soccer. Here is how we can help:

    • Evaluation: Top prospects will have the opportunity to be evaluated by our staff in live or filmed games throughout the year (usually 3-5 games). This evaluation will include a pre and post conference call with your family to get to know more about your situation and set the expectations and standards set forth by our academy. All players will receive a detailed evaluation at the end of the process including what youth, collegiate, or professional level our staff thinks you are trending towards.

    • Consultation: Top prospects will have the ability to speak with a Best Of staff member on a one-hour zoom, or in-person, to advise you about your player pathway.

    • Workshops: Top prospects will go through a series of four (4) one-hour long consultations (4 hours total) which take place throughout the year. Our staff will conduct zoom, or in-person, meetings to advise families about the professional, college and club recruiting process and help devise a plan of what steps should be taken at designated times of the year. Our staff have a detailed timeline with a lengthy checklist which can be tailor-made for players with different wants and needs.

    • Seminars: Top prospects will have the ability to attend our seminars throughout the year on zoom or in-person. These seminars will cover topics which are all about getting ready to play at the next level and maximizing your success while there. We will have several industry leading speakers on topics such as personal training daily habits, sleep and recovery tips, nutrition and hydration guidelines, Academic responsibilities, Performance based mindset considerations, Professional & Collegiate guidelines, NIL possibilities, transfer portal etiquette, “Tips from the Pros” with current and former professional and collegiate players, leadership building courses, entrepreneurial classes, and so much more. Our Best Of Players Academy Extravaganza in Chicago in January of 2025 will kick off these seminars.

RANKINGS

  • All Best Of games, camps, combines, ID events and evaluations will provide all Best Of Accepted Players, Best Of Developmental Players, and Best Of Cup Teams the opportunity to be a part of our performance-based rankings system which will highlight players strengths, assist players in defining specific areas of improvement and be a valuable tool for players as they try to gauge how they stack up to their competition. Additionally, professional scouts and college coaches will be able to utilize the information in assessing potential recruits’ strengths and capabilities. The Best Of Rankings will be split into two main categories:

    • Level 1 Best Of Rankings are for Accepted Players and Best Of Cup Teams who have attended our events (Games, Camps, Combines & Evaluations). They will be calculated from a mixture of GPS analytics from the 11 v. 11 games against other elite players, our extensive technical skill-based testing, our thorough speed & strength testing and most importantly, the evaluations of our consortium of former professional scouts and college coaches while playing against other top players at our events.

    • Level 2 Player Rankings are for players who attend our regional ID events and/or are evaluated by our staff. These rankings are considered Level 2 because we do not coordinate our Camp or Combine testing at the ID events. Additionally, in person or on-film player evaluations are purely subjective rankings so we need the objective data for our Level 1 rankings formula.

      • Best Of Accepted Players will have a designated Level 2 ranking category as they have already been accepted into our Academy so that makes them a Top Uncommitted Prospect and should be separated from the DP players.

      • Best Of Developmental Players will have a designated Level 2 ranking category. Our staff will use it as a key determining factor on whether our academy will offer admission in the future.
